Forgiveness is the first step to freedom . It s a slow process ; People say it s easy to forgive but it s not ! Once u start that process in your mind , u start to feel forgiveness in your heart, but all start with the mind;it s a décision to make that takes courage to give up on revenge, on all we have given to be hurt so much ! It s a décision , to let go what we have been til now ; til we decide to forgive. Then comes the slow process of cleansing ! Cleaning your thoughts, your heart from the negatives feelings and emotions such as anger , rage and hatred! Forgiving will really take it s form with time , and only after a long while when u ll talk about that hurt without shame,nor resentment then, only , u ll know u ve freed yourself from the past !
yes i agree with you, now, i reach the stage of being angry at him, no hates, i just wish he could just say im sorry but i guess he doesnt have the face....i forgave him, long time ago for the lies but i dont forgive him for what he did to me and my family
